Me and My 07' Xterra



My name is Donald Rasmussen and I’m a Geologist.  I need my new Xterra for work and I need a dealer that could work for me.  Luckily I had a friend refer me to Valley Nissan and I’m glad they did.  There no pressure environment made it so easy for my wife and I to purchase our  new Xterra we almost bought her a new Subaru.  The whole team there is outstanding and we look forward to working with them for years to come.  This is one of the pics we took from a recent trip to

 This is a belated thank you cake(I will never forget seeing a customer bring in a pie for you all).  I can't tell you how much I appreciate all the help you gave me when I was shopping for a car.  The day I visited your dealership was quite a day.  I had just  a few hours of sleep the night before and had to get up at 4am for a CPR class in Cheyenne and afterwards thought it would be a good idea to look at cars.  You may recall that my 26yr old Honda had just been totaled by a 16yr old who thought it was ok to gun it through a hair pin turn.

Everything has worked out well.  I have a great new car.  I also prevented the Honda (Queenie) from going to the salvage yard.  She has been given to a great new home here in Wyoming.

Thank you for being so patient with me and all my questions.  The service you deliver to customers is above and beyond the call of duty.  The outback has been the car of my dreams and I could not be happier with it.  Her name is "Brownie Cream Puff"

I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how satisfied I am with your staff,especially Greg Z.  Greg was so kind,courteuos and knowledgeable about the Subaru Forester I leased.  He and your staff (Tim H. New car manager and Cinda H. I wanted to let you know how excited we are about our new Armada.  As you can see the first day we had it we went kayaking and that truck has endless space inside.  That night we had to sleep in it and we where more comfortable then any tent we could have brought with us.  Thanks again for the great deal and we will tell all our freinds to come see Valley Nissan.  We will be back to see you this summer for  my wifes new Subaru.

I wanted to let you that your Internet department was great.  They contacted me within 10 minutes of submitting my request and set an appointmnet with me. I was going to go to Fort Collins but changed my mind based on your staff.  When we arrived at the dealership we where greeted right away and shown to Jefff our knowledgable Internet sales manager.  Everyone was very helpful and best of all no pressure.  We had a great time buying our new Murano.

I just wanted to let you know that Im very grateful for an act that one of your employees did for me last week. On Thursday, January 10, I had a problem with not being able to start my Pathfinder because the ignition was "locked". I tried several things: asked a gentleman for help in the safeway parking lot where I was stuck,called my husband for suggestions but could not reach him at the time and finally decided to walk across the street to Valley Nissan. ( Luckily, I was at the safeway across the street.) I asked a gentleman in an office inside the east door ( didn't get his name) if he could help with the dilemma. He found Kelly Butler and asked if she would help me. Kelly quickly and enthusiastically helped me by driving me back to my car and unlocking my steering wheel/ignition. I appreciated her kindness even more because I was already stressed out from having just visited my sick cat at the vet before heading to what I thought was a rountine stop at the grocery store. I just wanted you to be aware that Kelly is a great representative for your company.
